This all-level Yoga class is an opportunity to restore your health from inside out through mindful movement & breathing techniques. The class provides you with tools for self-awareness, relaxation, strength, flexibility & balance. Proper alignment & modifications are key components of the class. Participants should have their own yoga mat.

The Saturday class is held online. The zoom link will be emailed the Friday before the class.
We will be holding classes in-person on Wednesday nights at the Thompson library.
4 - week session -NO CLASS ON WEDNESDAY, JUNE 8
- Please bring yoga mats for all classes.
- It is always recommended that you consult your physician before beginning any exercise program.
- If you would like to take a class which has already started, you may do so, call us to pro-rate your fee.
