Pricing Options for Camp Days

Price for camp if paid in full by May 1st
Full Summer (7 Weeks, 8:30AM - 4:30PM): Resident $1,354; Non-Resident $1,490
Weekly (8:30AM-4:30PM): Resident: $205; Non-Resident $225

Prices for camp if paid after May 1st
Full Summer (6 Weeks, 9AM - 4PM): Resident: $1,459; Non-Resident $1,595
Weekly (8:30AM - 4:30PM): 5 Days: Residents: $220; Non-residents: $240


• There are no refunds for missed days.

• If your child is attending Thompson summer school, please contact the Recreation office for a fee adjustment.

• 10% discount for each child in a family with the 2nd child. Please contact the Recreation office for a fee adjustment.

• Scholarships/support for camp may be available from TEEG - 2026 applications will be available at TEEG, 4 weeks of income from household members over the age of 18 are needed. Applications available due back with income by May 16th. Financial assistance may also be obtained from CT Care4Kids. See links below.

MANDATORY FORMS
Form 1 Hospital/Medical Information Form - Mandatory for all
Form 2 Release Form: includes Authorization of Release of a Child, Sunscreen/Bug Spray Permission, and Hold Harmless Agreement - Mandatory for all
Form 3 A copy of your child's physical, with immunization record, from a physical within the past 36 months - Mandatory for all

MEDICATION- RELATED FORMS
Form 4 If your child has a prescribed or over-the-counter medication that will be used during the program, you and your child's physician must complete and submit a Medication Authorization Form.
Form 5 If your child has asthma or a prescribed inhaler, you and your child's physician must complete and submit an Asthma Care Plan Form.
Form 6 If your child has a prescribed Epi-pen, you and your child's physician must complete and submit an Epi-Pen Authorization and Care Plan Form.
Note: All medication must be given to Thompson Recreation prior to the first day of camp. Medication must be in its original container with child's name and dosage information on it.
