Erin Spillane-Darcy is a Certified Chair Yoga Instructor. She has been practicing yoga for over 15 years and has been teaching Chair Yoga for over 2 years.
Chair Yoga is a gentle form of yoga that’s done while seated or using the chair for balance. It is perfect for all ages , and is a great way to relax from head to toe without the stress of leaving your chair. It may help people with certain health conditions, such as arthritis, to exercise without putting pressure on joints.
