10:30 AM - 11:30 AM	Senior Strength & Balance w/ Robyn Pultorak - Senior Strength and Balance with Robin - July 2026 Please come and join in for a great Senior Strength and Balance with Robyn Pultorak a certified personal trainer with years of experience . She will make the rounds in the class showing how to do each exercise while having fun too! Bring bottled water, wear sneakers, and wear comfortable clothing.

1:00 PM - 3:00 PM	Senior Acrylic Instructional Painting Class with Wendy Forbes - Senior Acrylic Painting Class with Wendy Forbes : Summer Sunshine - Summer Flower Fields : July 2026 August 2026 Acrylic Painting :Things to Bring:1) Enthusiasm 2) Bottle of Water 3) Wear clothing that you are not worried about possibly getting acrylic paint on. Smocks or Aprons  are encouraged.
6:30 PM - 7:30 PM	All Levels and Abilities Yoga & Mediation with Serenity Yoga w/ Shelby - All Levels Yoga & Meditation -July 2026 All levels class to yoga. Yoga blocks & mats are available for use.
