6:30 PM - 7:30 PM	Yoga - Wednesday Night Yoga: November This all-level Yoga class is an opportunity to restore your health from inside out through mindful movement & breathing techniques.  The class provides you with tools for self-awareness, relaxation, strength, flexibility & balance.  Proper alignment & modifications are key components of the class.  Participants should have their own yoga mat. Instructor: Dawn Fennessy
