She has been practicing yoga for over 15 years and has been teaching Chair Yoga for over 2 years. Players will be grouped according to age and ability for both instructional group sessions and game competition. All players receive instructional hand-outs to further aid their self-improvement. Each camper plays two games daily as well as attending four stations covering defense, offense & shooting, rebounding & fast breaks and fundamentals of ball handling as well as other individual and group activities.
