10:15 AM - 11:30 AM	Senior Strength & Balance w/ Robyn Pultorak - Senior Strength and Balance with Robin - September 2026 Please come and join in for a great Senior Strength and Balance with Robyn Pultorak a certified personal trainer with years of experience . She will make the rounds in the class showing how to do each exercise while having fun too! Bring bottled water, wear sneakers, and wear comfortable clothing.

6:30 PM - 7:30 PM	Zumba - Tuesday Night Zumba with Mrudula - September 2026 Are you ready to party yourself into shape?  Forget the workout, just lose yourself in the music and find yourself in shape at the original dance-fitness party.  ZUMBA classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats.  Before you know it, you'll be getting fit and your energy levels will be soaring!  It is easy to do, effective and exhilarating!!

10:30 AM - 11:30 AM	Senior Chair Yoga with Erin Spillane-Darcy - Chair Yoga with Erin - September 2026 Erin Spillane-Darcy is a Certified Chair Yoga Instructor. She has been practicing yoga for over 15 years and has been teaching Chair Yoga for over 2 years. She has been practicing yoga for over 15 years and has been teaching Chair Yoga for over 2 years. 10:30 AM - 11:30 AM	Senior Strength & Balance w/ Robyn Pultorak - Senior Strength and Balance with Robin - October 2026 Please come and join in for a great Senior Strength and Balance with Robyn Pultorak a certified personal trainer with years of experience . She will make the rounds in the class showing how to do each exercise while having fun too! Bring bottled water, wear sneakers, and wear comfortable clothing.

10:30 AM - 11:30 AM	Senior Chair Yoga with Erin Spillane-Darcy - Chair Yoga with Erin - October 2026 Erin Spillane-Darcy is a Certified Chair Yoga Instructor. She has been practicing yoga for over 15 years and has been teaching Chair Yoga for over 2 years.
